Looking for room in Newcastle from 1st September

I'm looking for a room to rent in a shared flat, I'm also open to buddying up to rent a whole property and split the costs. If you have a property in mind, please get in touch.

The closer to the city centre the better, however, if there's a metro nearby I'm happy to compromise on location.

The room should be furnished with a double bed, desk, and wardrobe as minimum. An en-suite would be preferred but not essential.

Everything written above is ofcourse negotiable, I'm more than willing to compromise if the positives outweight the negatives.

Additionally, I'm clean, tidy, and hygienic, aswell as quiet and respectful, and expect the same from others.
