Creative looking for flatshare in Manchester

♦️Seeking:
A sunny queer friendly flatshare - move in mid-October. My budget is between £700-800 (with bills) Would love a nice living room or a garden. I am open to long-term and short term lets.

I treat my home as my sanctuary, a space where I can restore my energy as work keeps me occupied. I would like to live with like-minded folks, who are friendly, warm and kind.

♦️ About myself:
I am a 30 year old currently working a Producer at Factory International's performing arts venue - Aviva Studios. I enjoy what I do, being around artists and creatives keeps me energized. I work from home on Mondays/Fridays and I'm in office from Wed-Thurs.

I love cooking, the outdoors, dancing and socialising as much as I love my quiet and privacy. I keep myself open minded, and I believe in adapting/growing, with those around me and create an environment that is mutually respectful and nourishing.

While I am currently based in Manchester, I consider London & Mumbai my home too, and travel often to be connected to my family and friends. Travelling and living between cultures has shaped me as the person I am today.

♦️ How I can contribute to a living space:
I have shared living space for 10 years now and I enjoy living communally. I am always take a lead when it comes to doing my house chores (cleaning, fixing stuff, paying bills, buying groceries, making living space pretty). Cleaning is super important for me, and I ensure I'm up to speed with it too.
