27 year old kiwi professional looking for a room

I'm looking for a double room in a sociable, friendly house share.

A bit about me: I’m 27, originally from New Zealand, and have been living in London for the past 4 years. I work full time (WFH on Fridays), and during the week you’ll usually find me at the gym (4–5 times a week) or out playing cricket on Saturdays. I love live music, going to gigs, and catching up with friends over a drink on the weekend, pretty easy going overall.

I’m really keen to live with people who are social and up for a chat, maybe the odd pub night or house dinner, rather than just co-existing in the same space. I’m clean, respectful, and always down to contribute to a good vibe at home.

I'm looking for something ideally for 12 months, and my budget is up to £1,300/month.
