Hello!

I'm Matt, I'm 27 and you won’t believe this but I’m posting this ad because I’m looking for a room to rent.

I currently live in Tooting Bec - my landlord is selling and housemate is going travelling, so I’m back here on spareroom 😄

I'm a very easy-going and tolerant person who loves meeting new people. When I'm not working (in consultancy) I love playing (Football, Tennis, Padel) and watching sports; while I'll always be up for a pint, a bite to eat or anything else that could be fun! I like to try and make friends with my housemates but I do also have my own network of friends, so if you prefer to keep yourself to yourself then that’s fine too.

I'm clean, tidy, considerate and respectful of my housemates' comfort and privacy - I'd really appreciate the same from them. I'm very open about who I live with, as long as you're a good person then I'm sure we will get on!
