Young professional looking for room / buddy up

Hi,

I’m looking to move closer to my office in Angel, ideally around Angel, Old Street, Hoxton or Shoreditch, where I’d be able to walk in. I just need to give one month’s notice, so I’m fairly flexible on move-in dates. I’m in the office at least four days a week.

I’m sociable and enjoy the occasional night out, but I also enjoy a film or games night in and value having some quiet time too. I play sports like tennis and badminton, go to the gym regularly, and enjoy bouldering. I also like travelling and hiking, and I’ve recently started learning to paint. I’m keen to live with like-minded people in a friendly, relaxed house.

Room-wise, I just need enough space for a desk and reliable internet for the odd wfh day, and I’d ideally like a shared lounge to hang out in. My budget is up to £1,300 including bills.
