Hey, I’m 24, currently living in Cardiff, and looking to make the move to London to be closer to my work team.

I work full-time as a Senior AI Engineer at a fintech startup, which sounds more intense than it is. I’m pretty chilled and respectful of people’s space, but I’m definitely not looking for a flat where everyone silently vanishes into their rooms forever.

I’ve lived in shared houses for years, so I know the basics: clean up after yourself, don’t steal milk, pay bills on time, and don’t start blending smoothies at midnight. I’m sociable and always up for a chat, a glass of wine, going out for dinner, or watching TV, but equally very happy doing my own thing.

Outside of work, I’m into the gym, travelling, surfing (when I can), festivals, gigs, and generally saying yes to things I probably should have thought through first.

I’m looking for a friendly, relaxed home with people who enjoy hanging out now and then, but also respect a bit of quiet time. Basically somewhere that feels like a home, not just another house with a bed in it.
