I’m Elly, 23 from West Yorkshire but have been living and working in Birmingham for over a year now. Looking for a double room in the city centre/JQ or potentially south Birmingham areas (e. g. Edgbaston, Harborne, Moseley, Kings Heath, etc). Budget max £800pm with bills but ideally less. Parking essential!
I’m clean and respectful of shared spaces and bills usage. I usually work freelance in television production so my hours are long and can be irregular, but when I am in the house I am happy to socialise! I’m currently working a temp role between freelance contracts so have much more ‘normal’ hours.
I have no pets and do not smoke or vape. I enjoy nights out and nights in watching TV and films, and enjoy a cosy, girly home atmosphere. I would prefer to share with other young women, max 2 other housemates. LGBT+ friendly housemates essential!
