Room/Buddy Up Wanted in July

Hey! I am looking for a room in East London (De Beauvoir / London Fields / Hoxton / Shoreditch / Haggerston / Dalston / Hackney / Stoke Newington) or Angel/Islington from anytime after 1st July. I'm also open to Docklands or Greenwich!

A bit about me: I'm Jack, 26, from the North West of England. I've been in London for 2 years, previously living in Tooting, and I'm now in Highbury near Clissold Park. I'm currently working as a Researcher in Cambridge until October, so I'll be commuting up 2x a week and working from home the other days. After this, I plan to get a job in London and will aim to commute 3x a week.

Ideally, I would like to live with people of a similar age who are LGBTQ+ friendly and up for being social, but also have their own lives. I want to make the place a home, not just somewhere I sleep, so I'd love to live with people who are happy for me to invite friends over and would bring theirs over too. I've already got prints and furniture I can contribute!

Regarding the property, I would love a 2-bed but would stretch to a 3-bed for the right place. An en-suite and some sort of garden/balcony would be ideal, but these aren't deal breakers.
