Looking to buddy up to get a property in Durham

Hi,
I am looking to get a 2/3 bed house and share it with someone ideally a young professional. Ideally a spacious house with 3 bed rooms, one converting to an office space. I like my spaces tidy and organised as one would expect communal spaces to be. I’m into walks, a bit of sports and the gym, and generally an outgoing person. I don’t mind sharing with couples as my partner would also be visiting often from London.
