Young professional looking for long term accomodar

Hello,

I’m a young professional whose just finishing his degree. I start a job in Edinburgh on the 1st of August and would like accommodation not too far from the city center where I’ll be working.

I’m tidy, quiet and will likely be focused on my work most of the time as I’ll have a demanding job.

I’m very open for flatmates of whatever stripe with the exception of smokers.
