Professional Couple Seeking Rental

Hi there,

My husband Kim and I are a mature, professional couple (both 37) with full right-to-rent status and previous experience living in London.

We’re looking to rent our own place from around 20 September onwards.

A little about us..

Professions:
Ash - SEMH teacher and holistic counsellor. Kim - Social/support worker and reengagement officer with at-risk youth.

Lifestyle:
Both friendly, tidy, respectful, financially stable, non-smokers who appreciate a quiet, well looked after home. We take pride in where we live and would treat your property with utmost care.

What we’re looking for..

Property:
A larger modern studio (short term) or a 1–2 bedroom property (long term).


We’d be open to an ensuite in a share house with no more than 2 other tenants.
Location:
Preferably South London, but we’re open to different areas, provided they have good transport links into central and SE London for work.

Budget:
£1500-£2000 pm. Flexible depending on the property, location, and whether the tenancy is short or long term. Prefer bills inc.

We can provide excellent references and will be ready to move on the proposed date.
