Wanting a Studio or One Bedroom Flat

I’m looking for a Studio or One Bedroom Flat in central Liverpool.
I would look for a flat that is furnished, with bills included (I know sometimes this is excluding council tax). I would also look for a property preferably with parking but that is not a necessity as I can rent a parking space in the city.

I do also have a fully trained and very well behaved house cat, so the landlord lease hold would need to allow pets.

If any properties suit the above criteria, please do let me know. I am looking to move in the next 2 - 3 months.
