Quiet respectful housemate seeks similar

Firstly and most importantly, I want a quiet house

I am very respectful, and would like the same

I am blind from birth.

I am very quiet, considerate, tidy.

Would be nice to find someone to have a cup of tea and a chat with. I would love a friend as well as a housemate.

I come along with 2 delightful budgies, Dobby and Nova, they are a bonded pair and do brighten up the room with their singing, and they love to fly about which I'm certain is adorable to watch. Dobby didn't always have her wings, but now she does, she makes full use of them. So somewhere for them to fly is important. I feel like it's the least little madame deserves, after having to start life without her wings, so I hope any perspective housemate or land persons, will understand.

Currently I'm in a situation where I can't get support from my local sensory team, so I can't get orientation, so I'm looking to live in an accessible area

preferably with shops nearby, and either cafes etc also within walking distance, or transport links walking distance also
