X2 Double Rooms Wanted in July

Hey, I’m Andy – a 31 year old marketing professional from Dublin. I've lived in London for a couple years in Clapham-Brixton but now I’m looking for a new place.

I’m after a home where flatmates get along and actually enjoy living together. That said, I fully respect personal space and know how to strike the right balance. I’ve got a solid group of friends in London already, but I’d love flatmates who are up for hanging out now and then. I’m always open to meeting new people and making the most of London, so I’m hoping to find flatmates who feel the same.

The details: My budget is around £1,200 per month, but I’m flexible for the right place. I’ll be in the office 2 days a week and I’m ready to move in from July.
