Big room for a couple + parking, long term

Hi,

I'm looking for a big (over 12m²) room for long term - I've been living at my current place for more than 8 years, so I clearly don't like moving :)

The room MUST be available for a couple (but I'm moving in alone at the moment). A secure space for a motorcycle (i. e. gated community, garage, underground parking, or street accessible backyard) is also a dealbreaker for me.

The general wishlist:

- 👫 MUST be suitable for a couple
- 🅿️ MUST have a secure motorcycle parking available
- 📐 MUST be over 12m²

Nice-to-have's (can stretch the rent):
- 🚇 Transport links other than busses, within 40 mins to London Bridge and Oxford Circus
- 🛁 En-suite
- 🌐 Good Internet connection (fibre optic, over 100mbps for upload, as I still do some creative work time to time)

A little bit about me: I'm from Belarus (speaking EN/RU/LT/UA/PL/JP to various extents), currently working full-time at a 5-star restaurant, previously dipped my toes in IT and Cinematography, a DIY nerd, a collector of hobbies and interests, socially awkward but affable, best getting along with deep thinkers and logic-driven people. Not so much into pubs, etc.

Having me in your house can come with some perks, stemming from my hobbies and depending on your willingness to participate! On the menu:
