Looking for Room in Zone 1/2 in Friendly House

Hey!

I’m looking for a friendly, clean and relaxed home from mid-June (19th ish), as my current lease is coming to an end.

I work full-time for a bank, with two days a week working from home, so I’m looking for a good-sized room with space for a desk and plenty of storage. Ideally I’d love to be in Zones 1–2 and within a 10-minute walk of a Tube station. Clapham, Brixton, Stockwell and Balham would be great, but I’m open to other areas too.

I’m easy-going, sociable and very considerate of the people I live with. I take pride in keeping shared spaces clean and tidy, and I’m looking for housemates who feel the same.

During the week I tend to have a good routine with work and the gym, so I’m usually fairly chilled and enjoy a quiet evening at home. Weekends I’m usually out and about seeing friends and exploring.

I’d love to find a social household where people are up for the occasional dinner, pub trip, coffee or catch-up, while still respecting each other’s space. Bonus if you’re into fitness!
