Looking for room in SW London - Zones 1-2 ❤️

Hey! I’m moving back to London in early April after spending some time in Sydney, and I’m looking for a new place to call home.

I work full-time for a bank in central London (2 x WFH), so I’m looking for a good-sized room with space for a desk and plenty of storage. Ideally, I’d love somewhere in Zones 1–2, within a 10-minute walk of the Tube. Clapham, Brixton, Stockwell or Balham would be amazing, but I’m open to other areas.

I’m hoping to live with a maximum of 3 people in an LGBT-friendly, social household. I really value a balance — I’m respectful of everyone’s space and boundaries, but it would be great to hang out from time to time, whether that’s dinners, pub trips, or a coffee at the weekend.

Outside of work, I’m into fitness and the gym, and I enjoy catching up with friends and having a good balance of social time and downtime.

I’m very clean and respectful of shared spaces, so I’m ideally looking for like-minded flatmates.

I’m looking for something long-term (not short-term unless there’s potential to extend), and being close to shops, cafés and a gym would be a big plus.

I’ll be back in the UK from 7th April but happy to sign before then.
