Looking for friendly flat share - Zones 1-2 ❤️

Heyy! I’m moving back to London next month (Early April) after a sabbatical in Sydney and I’m really excited to find a place (and people) to call home again.

I work full-time for a bank in central London (3 days in the office, 2 from home), so I’m looking for a good-sized room with space for a desk and plenty of storage. Ideally I’d love somewhere in Zones 1–2, within a 10-minute walk of the Tube (Victoria or Northern line would be perfect !) Clapham/Brixton/E&C would be amazing, but I’m open to anywhere along those lines.

I’m hoping to live with a max of 3 people and would like to be part of an LGBT friendly, social household. I’m super respectful of space and boundaries but it would be nice to hang from time to time, whether that’s dinners, pub trips or coffee at the weekend.

Outside of work I’m really into fitness and the gym, and I enjoy catching up with friends and making the most of London.

I’m super clean and tidy, so flatmates who are clean and respectful of our shared spaces is important for me.

I’m looking for something long term (no short-term lets unless there’s potential to extend), and being close to shops, coffee spots and other local amenities would be a big plus.

I land back in the UK on 7th of April, but happy to take the room before this if needed.
