27M looking for LGBT+ buddy for East London

Hey! I’m a 27-year-old gay guy working in finance. I'm looking to team up with an LGBT+ flatmate to find a modern 2-bed, 2-bath flat in East London for early August.

I’m focusing on Stratford, Canning Town, or Canary Wharf, ideally a new build near a gym and a decent supermarket. I've got a bit of my own furniture (like a wardrobe), so a partly furnished or flexible flat would be perfect. My budget is up to £1,300 pcm for my share.

A bit about me: I'm clean, respectful, and very easygoing. I WFH one day a week, and most evenings I’m out swimming or rowing. I also barely cook, meaning you’ll practically have the kitchen to yourself! Weekends are a mix of seeing friends or just chilling at home.

I’d love to find a flatmate I genuinely get along with. I prefer the flat to be a fairly relaxed and quiet space to unwind, but I'm totally fine with occasional party and having friends around.
