Looking for a houseshare with like-minded people

I am a relaxed and independent mature student looking for a double-room to rent in a space with like-minded individuals. Ideally looking for no bigger than a 3-bed.

After living, working, and studying in Brighton since 2021, I am now on the move to Wales to begin my degree in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation at Bangor University, and would be interested in living with other mature students or professionals who prefer the slower pace of life.

My days of partying are over, and as a non drinker / smoker, I much prefer to spend my time studying, cooking, hiking and being outdoors. I am a social guy, but equally enjoy quiet spaces to relax and unwind.

As a seasoned co-tenant who has lived with my fair share of wacky, wild and wonderful people, I have found myself prioritising good humour, open communication and tidiness, while also being conscientious and respectful of others ways of living.

It's always a bonus to me if you have pets, and I am more than happy to dog / cat sit if you have trips away.
