Couple plus dog looking for long-term rental

Hey, we are Scout and Tom (and our rescue pup Gnasher). Aged between 6 (Gnasher) and 26. Tom is a mature student at Bangor University and I am working and studying part-time for a master's. We're looking for somewhere long-term to make home, ideally our own place. We love being outdoors and in nature, but also cosying up at home with a book or movie. We are friendly, sociable, clean & tidy and easy-going. Gnasher is clean, very friendly and cuddly, and is a very laid back pooch who fits in wherever we go. Would ideally have a garden or close access to a green space, but other than that we are pretty un-fussy.
