Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a 2+ bedroom flat in Croydon for two, though we’re also open to most areas in South and South East London.
Budget: £1,500–£1,700 (excluding bills), or up to £2000 if bills are included.
A little about us:
I work full-time as a Specialist Independent Domestic Violence Advocate, and my partner is a freelancer who also receives DSS. We’re friendly, tidy, respectful and easy-going tenants.
We’ll be moving with one very well-behaved red-nose mastiff and a small fish tank.
Unfurnished is absolutely fine, and garden access would be a big bonus.
