I'm a 30yo trans woman seeking a room, LGBT friendly house preferred, would prefer bills included in rent and would like to share with people 25+. I have a pet snake (royal python) who would be moving with me, obviously he stays in his tank unless I take him out, and is harmless and pretty good and friendly with humans.
I'm mostly quiet, don't drink (though I don't judge people who do) my partying days are behind me and I'm a clean, considerate person who doesn't mind buying shared household supplies like toilet/kitchen rolls, cleaning stuff etc. I do work late shifts in retail but I'm always extra careful to be quiet when getting in late :)
