Seeking accomodation for 2022-2023

Easy, I'm a 25 year old software engineer, will be commuting to Spinningfields on a hybrid basis, so the closer to public transport the better. Essentially after somewhere cheap and cheerful.

I'm very social, friendly and outgoing, I've been in Manchester for about 4 years now. I trade cars outside of work (which you can benefit from - if you have a car) so I'll often be out of the gaff most of the waking hours.

The most important part of this description is me saying yes, I am hygienic and clean.

After a double room (need enough space for my computer set-up).
