Female professional looking for double room!

Hiiii I’m Shannan, I’m on the hunt for a double room in North London, ideally Kentish Town/Camden/Hampstead areas, I currently live in Kentish Town and love this little neighbourhood!!
Looking for a room in a shared house with a friendly, relaxed vibe, would be great to live with people who are up for a chat, maybe a meal together (I’m not a bad cook) or pub trip now and then, but also happy doing their own thing majority of the time!
I’m a photographer so I’m usually in the studio shooting but I do wfh sometimes when I’m editing. I’m a clean & tidy person but not obsessive!
Outside of work, I’m a big reader so I’ve always got books on hand to dish out if you need something, absolutely love hiking and do spend multiple weekends in summer driving up north looking for some hills to climb & I’ve recently started crotchet-ing so if you’re looking for a badly hand crafted wearable I’m your gal x

My budget is maximum £900 but ideally looking for between £700-850 and even better if bills are included (a pipe dream??). Can provide references & a guarantor if needed!
