28 y/o female working professional needing room

Hi I’m Emma! I’m looking for to find two girls to hunt for a 3-bed together in South West or West London. Ideally looking around £2,300–£2,400 pcm total, so roughly £770–£800 each before bills.

I’m hoping to move mid–end of November and would love to find somewhere nice, modern and newly refurbished that we can make feel like a proper home.

A little about me — I’m 28 and work in marketing and events. I’ve lived in London for nearly four years and have been in the same flat, with the same flatmate, for the last three years. I’m only looking to move because she’s moving in with her boyfriend, so I’m hoping to find a new home with a similarly lovely atmosphere.

I’m clean, tidy and considerate, and I really value having a nice, comfortable home. I’m friendly, easygoing and sociable, and ideally I’d love to live with girls who are up for being friends as well as flatmates — whether that’s going for dinner or drinks, having a movie night, or just chatting over a glass of wine at home.

Outside of work, I love trying new restaurants and bars around London, pub quizzes, climbing and generally making the most of the city. Equally, I’m very happy with a cosy night in and a film!

I’m looking for a friendly, relaxed and respectful home, where everyone is considerate of each other and happy to spend time together, but equally has their own space and life outside the flat. I’ve genuinely loved living with my current flatmate for the last three years, so finding that same kind of easy, comfortable dynamic is really important to me. ❤️

🐈 There’s also a potential for my kitty Rambo to come and live with us (still figuring this out!), so ideally we’d find somewhere that’s pet-friendly. I’ve attached a picture of him.
