Nurse needs a home

I am a nurse looking for the right place to call home, i am ideally looking for a spacious room (no box room). I have my own wardrobes and big tv, i would need a window as i am asthmatic.
I cannot live with cats
If you smoke i dont mind as long as its done outside.
I am clean, i clear up after myself and i do my own meals as i dont buy food out.
I hope to be able to become amicable with the people i live from my experience i have had some great girlies to live with.
My budget is £750 no more and only east london (please do not message me if this is not the case).
As i am in serious need to move out from where i am, i will consider living with males as long as they are clean, respectful and professional.
Not looking for a party house.
But hopefully we can enjoy a drink or two on weekends as living in london can be isolating!
