Housemate wanted to rent a house

Hi

I am Silas, a 32-year-old professional, who is looking to find a buddy with whom we could rent a decent place and live in while we save up on excessive accommodation costs. In terms of backgrounds, I am Christian and Nigerian-born but Spanish-raised. For this reason, a great deal of my personality is Spanish. I speak and cook Spanish. Personality-wise, I am a rather calm and quiet individual who is hardworking and very busy. I do not work from home so Mondays to Fridays, I am mostly out and back in the evenings. During the weekends, I do appreciate quietness, lie-ins and some social activities.

In terms of accommodation, I am looking for someone of my age range to share a decent house of 3 rooms with. They keep one and I keep the other. However, I'd appreciate we had one free to accommodate our visitors *once in a while*. I'd want us to have a decent living room where we can have some communal life; a garden for some summer BBQs; a driveway to park and some healthy and spacious space to live in. In terms of areas, I’d appreciate the areas of Edgbaston, Harborne or even Great Barr & Erdington... However, if you know of any other similarly decent areas, we could discuss this.

Budget should not exceed £760pcm per capita supposing rent is around 1200 alongside other etc. bills. However, our quality of life should be way decent.

Move-in date for June 30th 2026.
