24-year-old professional female relocating to Birmingham for work. I am looking for a double ensuite room room , a walking distance to the city center, from 19 March 2026 and have a budget of up to £700 pcm.
I work full-time as a solicitor and live a fairly calm and structured lifestyle. I value a clean, tidy and peaceful home environment, and I am respectful of shared spaces. I am sociable but also appreciate personal space.
Ideally, I would prefer to share with one other female professional in a similar age range, but I am open to the right fit.
