Professional, clean, tidy, relaxed

Hello!
I'm a professional (tech), working most days from the office when I’m in town — I also travel abroad regularly, so I’m not always around full-time. Outside of work, I stay busy with sports, socializing, and other activities, so I’m out of the house most of the time.

I’m ideally looking for a TWO-PERSON FLATSHARE — just myself and one other — to create a clean, tidy, and relaxed home environment where it’s easy to rest and stay on top of food prep, laundry, and general life admin.

In my downtime, I like to cook, play guitar, and sing (but only when it’s welcome — I’m very respectful of others’ right to quiet).

Other interests include current affairs, philosophy, travelling, films, theatre, board games, salsa & lindy hop dancing, hiking.

I’m equally comfortable living with someone who’s independent and we don’t cross paths much, or with someone where there’s a natural vibe to occasionally share a dinner or a drink.

I'm FLEXIBLE with the move-in date, I need to move out of my current place by January 2026 but I can move anytime earlier for the right place.
