Looking for a flat to share from Mid/end of June

I’m Giulia, 29yo, from Italy. I’m currently finishing my PhD at UofG (my viva is scheduled soon), so you could consider me a professional.

I’m looking for a flat to share with another girl/woman. I’m open to considering different areas of Glasgow, as long as:

-there are shops, supermarkets and other essentials nearby
-the area is safe and pleasant
-there are good transport links into the city centre
-no tenements or very old flats please

My budget is around £700 per month, bills and council tax included, although I could consider something slightly more expensive if I had my own bathroom.

A bit about me: I’m sociable, quiet, and I like to keep shared spaces clean and tidy. I’d appreciate to live with someone who has a similar professional lifestyle and is respectful of shared spaces.

I enjoy having a chat, but I also appreciate personal space and quiet time. I love cooking, so it would be nice to cook or share a meal together now and then if you’d enjoy that too.

I put "no pets" but I’m fine living with cats, as I love them.

I’m open to short-term.
I’m hoping to secure a place from 25th June until at least the end of August,
