Short term living sought for two professionals

I am searching for a place to live with my partner. We’re 30 and 31, working in IT for Exeter University. We’re chalet hosts in the winters, so work in France from December to May, then we spend summers in Devon. We have no children or pets, and are very quiet and outdoorsy people. We like hiking, climbing, camping, fishing - getting outdoors and enjoying the best of the British weather.

We’re open minded as to where we live, we’d like to be between Newton Abbot and Exeter ideally, as we work for Exeter University. A studio, flat, bungalow, park home, shepherd hut, spare room - anything that puts a roof over our heads will be considered!

Our total budget including bills is about £750-950 depending on the space. We’re very tidy (part of our job) and responsible people who will respect your home. Can provide references from previous landlords who have been very happy with us as tenants.
