Clean, Tidy Irish 26-Year-Old Mon–Fri Student

Hi, I'm Patrick, a 26-year-old Irish PGCE Primary Education student looking for a room while completing my teaching placement I will only be in the house Mon-Fri and will be out most evenings at the gym.

I'm looking for a clean, comfortable room in a friendly and respectful home. Ideally, I'd like to live with people who are easy-going, considerate and value a quiet, tidy living environment. Whether it's a live-in landlord or other professionals or students, I'm happy as long as everyone respects each other's space.

I'm a very clean, tidy and organised person who takes pride in looking after where I live. I'm quiet, respectful and easy to get along with. During the week I'll be out at school for most of the day, leaving early in the morning and returning in the evening. At weekends I'll usually travel back home to Dublin, so I'll rarely be in the property from Friday evening until Sunday night.
