North Wales rental required from November onward

Good day,

My name is Dean, Ex serviceman of 10 years, currently a complex needs carer and a business administrator/accounts (own company).

Following an enjoyable 3 year stint of renting off of someone I found on this site, the owner has decided to sell the property so I'm on the lookout again.

My preference would be a studio apartment however i am open to communal living and people who best know me describe me as a friendly down to earth guy.

I am a non-smoker and i like to keep my environment clean & tidy, reference and proof of income available.
