Little Rescue Dog, His Owner and Her Piano

Looking for a forever home - or minimum 3 years.

Can move any time.
Currently in temporary private rental in London. The council might house me but somewhere that's a cross between a prison cell and old people's home where I will be banned from playing the piano. ... Is that worth the price of permanent affordable housing? Not really!

It's just me and my little rescue dog and my piano. We crave countryside, and a garden, and kind friendly people. We would also be more than happy to build a little shed/cabin-type thing in a garden for the piano (or for us too).
I do also have a keyboard and headphones for quiet hours!

Ideally looking for Alfriston or Lewes, but maybe Seaford.
Also interested in buddy-up.

The piano is a small grand (5ft, i. e. takes up about the space of a double mattress) - I compose classical music - it's my vocation and raison d'etre - so the piano is essential to me. I also used to teach piano and music theory.

Please note that I am at home most of the time due to a heart condition & vertigo, both just bad luck.
On the plus side I love cooking and am happy to share what I make with other people. Ditto for growing vegetables, herbs and edible flowers.

Can provide excellent references from current and previous landlords - rent paid in advance without fail & property well looked after - and can offer subtantial deposit if necessary.
