We are a couple. We are looking for a king size room in a HMO sharing house. If not then two single rooms in same HMO house. We have pc setups so we need bigger room. But we are a couple. Either of options works for us. We are working full-time. Budget of 350-400 for single rooms each. Or 700-800 for king size double room.
