Looking in Battersea/Clapham ONLY

I’d like to move near Battersea ideally in April but could be flexible. I’m a Londoner with Italian roots, and I’d love to find a flat where we can create a genuinely warm & welcoming atmosphere — somewhere that feels like home.

I'm into tennis, gym, running, horse riding and love keeping active. I like finding nice restaurants and long walks with friends so I'm out and about a fair bit in my free time. I also go sailing and diving when it's not freezing!

I work in property development and split my time between the office and wfh. I’m looking for a spacious double room in a well-maintained clean flat, I’d like my own bathroom and I like making a house a home and keeping it organised.

I'm also interested in buddying up with 1-2 flatmates with a similar budget of around £1800 inc bills.
