32yo Professional Looking for a 2 People Flatshare

Hi, I’m Johan, 32, originally from Paris and living in London for the past 7 years.

I work in finance in Baker Street, and I’m looking for a flatshare with a maximum of 2 people including myself, ideally within a 30-minute commute. My maximum budget, including bills, is around £1,750 per month.

I’m a pretty chilled, friendly and easy-going person. I’m usually quite busy during the week as I work mostly from the office, work out regularly and travel whenever I can. I love discovering new countries, trying new activities and meeting people from different backgrounds and industries.

On weekends, I’m usually wandering around London markets, parks, exhibitions, gigs from time to time, or looking for new hidden cocktail bars. I’m social and always happy to have a drink, cook dinner with a flatmate, or occasionally have a few friends over, but I’m not looking for a party flat.

At home, I enjoy creating a warm and comfortable space. I like decorating, taking care of my plants, having a chat over a glass of wine, and keeping the place clean and tidy. I’m very organised and respectful of shared spaces.

I also have Ziva, my 2-year-old female tuxedo cat. I grew up with pets, and she is very social, cuddly, playful, clean and well-behaved.
