Room in a modern house/flat share?

👋 I am a 30-year-old digital nomad doing opto-mechanical design engineering for a living. I design lenses for film cameras and love everything about filmmaking. I am very organized, tidy, and tend to be quiet while deeply in my thoughts of projects I am working on. I swim regularly 3-5 times a week. I love immersive orchestral music (film scores), cooking vegetable based food, smelling things, hiking in the alps, biking, skiing, smart people, driving fast on German highways, sauna, looking up to the stars ... and I could continue.

Ideally, I would like to find a clean, warm, spacious room with a lot of natural light, a massive wooden desk, an office chair, a sofa, and a single or double bed. I'm preferably looking for housemates with similar interests and active livestyles.

In terms of accommodation, I'm on a mission of finding a good spot where I can stay usually four months in a row, potentially twice a year, periodically.
