Looking for a room in Stroud

I'm looking for a flat, studio or a room in a shared house in Stroud, ideally walking distance to local cafes and the centre of town. Some outside space would be great, but not essential. If sharing, I would like to share with someone (or people) who is (are) calm, considerate and tidy, and am more than happy to share with dogs and/or cats.

I work for an energy charity, based in Gloucester where we retrofit low income & social housing homes so that they are warm and affordable to heat. I have a background in architecture, design, and classic car restoration(!), and work as an Energy & Retrofit Specialist, and love working alongside the kind and passionate people that my work attracts : )

I consider myself to be calm, considerate, very positive, tidy and clean. I'm easy to get along with and am interested in many things. I'd like to cycle to work, so bike storage would be useful.
I meditate daily and like to walk, get out on a mountain bike (occasionally), cook, read and relax. I enjoy quiet times, good conversation and for 2026 would like to travel more and try out some climbing.
