Professional in late 20s looking for a room.

I am a scientific professional working in Central London and am currently finding my commute from my current location quite difficult. I am looking for a room to rent from the first week of August in Putney, Edgware Road, or any decent area with good Underground access. Stations on the Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, and Northern lines, or locations with easy connections to these lines, would be ideal.

A bit about me: I occasionally socialise but generally prefer a quieter living environment. Professional housemates or flatmates would be my first preference; however, anyone who is respectful and considerate would be equally preferred.

I am primarily looking for a single room, although I would consider a double room if it fits within my budget.

Requirements:

- Fully furnished room
- Single or double bed
- Standard amenities (washing machine, dryer, kitchen appliances, etc.)
- Wi-Fi

Deal-breakers:

- Poor standards of tidiness and cleanliness. If there is a cleaning rota, I would expect all housemates to adhere to it.
