Looking for double room to rent and to buddy up!

Hi! Im Avery, and I'll be moving back to London from Southern California this September to do my master's degree in landscape architecture. I lived in London for 6 years previously, so this is my return! im looking to find someone to live with as all my friends in London aren't available to move at the moment. Im very tidy in communal spaces and prefer someone who is similar. I like to keep to myself in the home, but do enjoy sharing space and time with a flatmate. Im not loud or noisy, but I do like to have a friend over once a week. I will have class 3-4 days a week and will work 20 hours. My side passion is floral design. I freelance creating arrangements for events, and I hope to continue doing that in London, even with my busy schedule. I love to swim in oceans, prioritize friends and vacations, weekend trips, host, eat clean, HITT workouts, running, discussing politics and feminism, eating fresh fruit, flower markets, be alone on cliff sides, solo travel, and party till 2am promptly.
