Friendly Professional seeking East London Home

Hi!

I'm Alex, 34, and currently looking for a room in East London.

I work in business development for a theatre and venue consultancy, working a four-day week and splitting my time between the studio and home. Outside of work I'm into acting, fitness, design clothing, so I tend to keep fairly busy during the week.

I'm sociable and enjoy spending time with housemates, but I'm not looking for a party house. At home I like to relax, watch films (or something wonderfully high-brow like Selling Sunset), head to the theatre or an exhibition, spend time with friends, and hang out by the canal. I'm not a big drinker myself, but I'm very comfortable living with people who enjoy a social life.

I've lived in shared houses before and appreciate being considerate of other people's space and routines. I'm clean, tidy, respectful of shared spaces, a non-smoker, financially stable, and can provide references if needed.

I'm currently staying with family in Kilburn, so I'm flexible on move-in dates for the right place.

Ideally, I'm looking for a friendly, relaxed household in Hackney, London Fields, Haggerston, Victoria Park, Bethnal Green, Mile End or nearby areas. A room with enough space for a desk would be great, and my budget is around £1,100 including bills.
