True homeshare 4professional, mature & considerate

My current situation – I’m looking for long-term & true house-share, where i can finish nhs treatment & getting professionally published, inc professional eng registration, before returning to work. Ideally with other sharers, whom are truly ok with wfh & desk at home is allowed.

My rental budget - £700 pcm + & negotiable

Here’s me:
• I’m british, female, in 40s, no pets but love pets,
• BEng & MSc in Engineering,
• professional with 2.5 decades in aerospace & defence,
• had vaccine, not a vegetarian, unbiased & a straight-talker,
• always recycled & energy conscious, eg fan of batch-cooking, lights off where possible, pop on extra layer before heating on, only boil water needed for each kettle boil,
• after long day i like to read, walk, the odd documentary or film or board game,
• believe in treating people ‘how you’d like to be treated’ & kindness with sprinkle of understanding does not cost anything,

What I’m looking for in other sharer(s) -
• Person whom is equally calm, considerate, mature, fair, respectful, understanding & friendly. If there are any issues, then we talk, clear the air & move on,
• Get to know each other before moving in & make sure this is a mutually good fit for everyone and where it feels like friends sharing & communication styles are compatible,
• ‘on the same page’ regarding being energy conscious & fair usage of bills,
• not a party-house, non-smoker & no drugs,
• other sharers that work regular office hours or respectful + considerate shift-workers,
• where a quiet, independent, clean & neat person will fit in,
• a true home-share & not just renting a room, where we can have our space but also enjoy the odd brew or house-meal.

Looking for stable rental with landlord(s) whom can offer long-term rental and whom is fair, reasonable & professional.
