Looking for a room to rent! <3

Hello friends! I’m an easy-going, 27 y/O professional looking for a room to rent in London or Brighton.

I'm looking to live with people who are friendly, like-minded and up for having a good time! I'm really into movies & TV (anything from niche artsy films to big blockbusters), costume design, hiking, reading and theatre.

I’m very used to living in flat shares and know how to be respectful of other people's space whilst still being sociable - I'm always up for casual drinks, watching something in the pub or a meal! I’m not a huge party animal, but I do love a wee bit of fun and the occasional night out.

I'm a full-time copywriter for a university, so I do require some flexibility to work from home. However, I'm very respectful of the flat during this time, and will never be caught driving up heating bills or making a mess.

Some priorities in flatmates for me (and I promise I don't ask for much!) are:

People who are respectful of the space and clean up after themselves
Sociable & up for hanging out
LGBTQA+ Friendly
