Professional seeking room near Liverpool St

Professional working full-time and looking for a comfortable room in East/Central London, within ~30 minutes' walking distance of Liverpool Street / Shoreditch High Street Station.

Looking to move from the second week of October.

Budget is up to £1,250 per month including bills. Ensuite is preferred but not essential.

I have my own desk (140 × 60 cm) and office chair, so I’m looking for a room with enough space to accommodate my setup comfortably. An Ethernet/LAN port in the room would be ideal.

Ideally, the room should also have:

A good-sized wardrobe
A chest of drawers / dresser
Additional storage space for two suitcases

I cook regularly, so a good, usable kitchen with sufficient cooking and storage space is important.

I’m open to living with students or professionals and have no preference regarding gender. I’m quiet, respectful and generally keep to myself, while being friendly and considerate of the people I live with.
