Easy going American looking for a place

Hey there, I'm a 47 year old American charity worker who's looking for a place to live (with easy going and reliable housemates) in southeast London. I'm a very relaxed guy who enjoys playing sports and video games, enjoys good food and drink (although I'm not a great cook), and I'm good about respecting other's space while also being sociable.

I've lived in the UK for nine years, and before that I lived in East Africa for eight years. In that time I lived with people from a variety of places and backgrounds, and nearly all of them are still good friends to this day.

I am financially stable and am willing to share a house with others who are the same. I love all animals so pets are no issue for me.
