Looking to move out of a flat in New Cross as my flatmates are moving abroad. Ideally within a cycle-able distance of Bermondsey.
I am a tidy and respectful flatmate but do enjoy the social aspects of sharing a place.
Looking for a room with space for a desk to allow for some quantity of working from home (~2 days a week max). Civil Engineer by trade who spends a couple days a week commuting to a construction site in Southend (leaving around 6am).
