Hi, I am looking for a double room, preferably en-suite, or a studio.
I can pay up to £1300 inclusive.
I am a female non-smoker. I don't have any pets, but I like animals. I work in the creative sector, but I'm currently unemployed. I love music and art, going to gigs and socialising. I also draw and write. My usual job involved hybrid working.
I am looking all over London, especially New Cross/Deptford/Greenwich/Leytonstone/Lewisham/Hackney/Brixton/Stockwell/Camden/Islington/London Bridge/southeast London.
At the moment I am between jobs. The rent would come from my account on time. I am on UC and the rent cap is amenable.
