Hello! I'm Josh. I'm currently looking for a new house share (and some great people to buddy up with) as my current housemates are all heading in separate directions.
A bit about me:
I’m a social, chilled, and clean professional. I work in finance for an AI company and do a hybrid split (3 days a week at home and 2 in the office).
When I'm not working, I love to be social, go to the pub, go to the gym or just relax at home.
What I’m looking for:
I really want to live somewhere that feels like a home, with people I can consider friends rather than just strangers sharing a flat. I'm always down for a pub trip, a movie night, or a catch-up over dinner, but I also completely respect everyone's need for downtime.
Budget: £1,000 – £1,300 pm (depending on the room/bills)
