Student looking for long term let

Hello! I'm Reyes, a 3rd year student from Aberdeen. I am looking for a permanent place to stay, for at least the next 2 years.

I like to run and I recently discovered the rabbit hole of making espressos, these are my main hobbies alongside gaming on my PC. I'm invested in taking up Calisthenics soon. I don't smoke or have pets but do drink very occasionally.

I am experienced in shared tenancies in the past ranging including: a 4 bed with 3, diverse, female students, a 2 bed with one female student, and a 2 bed with a male professional.

After spending my first two Edinburgh years in student halls, my ideal flatmates would generally clean up after using shared spaces and are considerate of the noise they make.
