Easy going, clean guy looking for sociable home

I'm Craig, a Graphic Designer working for a uni marketing team, looking to change my career and meet some new friends through living in rental.

I'm a clean guy (we do exist lol), looking to live with people who enjoy socialising, and treat the house like a home.

I enjoy cooking for others, listening to quality music (6 music etc), socialising with or without drinks, working out 4 days a week, road trips, sunny weather and spending time with down to earth people.

Recently just got back into swimming and guitar (5th time lucky!), and would like to take up climbing.

Looking for a room with space for a small desk for the 2-3 days I work from home (I work in Sunderland the other days), but would settle for something smaller if the rest of the house was decent.

Looking to share a house with people who respect each others space and sleeping patterns. I've lived with too many people who play music at ridiculous volumes...that being said, I love live music and festivals, and since being an amateur dj was a bit of a pastime, if there's any parties going I can help organise 😆.
